Clear labels on clear Materials

Hello! I am trying to achieve a “multiply” or "overlay effect with making a clear label on a clear plastic surface. The desired effect, is for my plastic label to look kind of like stained glass (be see-through), on my clear plastic object. I’ve tried setting the plastic to transparent, and to just change opacity, but the label loses vibrance. I made up an example that should demonstrate

I should add that the images above show the “look” of the label, but those are opaque, and I would like them to maintain vibrancy, but be transparent

If you will look on real labels printed on transparent foil you will notice they have transparency mostly on clear areas, but almost no transparency where they covered with print. You can achieve this effect by adding opacity mask, which will give more opacity on whites and light areas of label and almost opaque under vibrant colours.
